Of course you can! Every woman is a part of the Divine Feminine and if you truly want to learn how, you can! The isolation movements are simple but very effective in helping your body build strength and with strength, comes confidence and sultriness...(is that a word?). While the majority of belly dance primarily involves the hips and abdomen, the whole body is involved; your arms, upper torso, legs, and hands work in concert to help your dance tell a story! It's fun and challenging....and beautiful! So, let's dance!
